Bestämmelserna i 10-29 §§ ska också tillämpas på leveranser av varor och tillhandahållanden av tjänster som görs i ett annat EU-land av en beskattningsbar person som omfattas av ett identifieringsbeslut enligt 22 kap. 9 §.
