Bestämmelserna i 10-29 §§ ska inte heller tillämpas av en beskattningsbar person som redovisar mervärdesskatt enligt bestämmelser som i ett annat EU-land motsvarar de särskilda ordningarna i artiklarna 358a-369x i mervärdesskattedirektivet.
