Mervärdesskattelag (2023:200) (SFS 2023:200)

Oavsett i vilken valuta beloppen i en faktura anges ska mervärdesskattebeloppet även anges i svenska kronor om mervärdesskatten ska betalas till staten. Om den som ska se till att faktura utfärdas har sin redovisning i euro, ska mervärdesskattebeloppet i stället även anges i euro.
Om mervärdesskattebeloppet vid tillämpningen av första stycket måste anges efter omräkning, ska omräkningen göras på det sätt som följer av 8 kap. 21-23 §§.
