Uppgifterna som avses i 24 § 9-11 får utelämnas i fakturan om förvärvaren är skyldig att betala mervärdesskatten. Fakturan ska då i stället innehålla uppgift om beskattningsunderlaget för varorna eller tjänsterna med hänvisning till de uppgifter som avses i 24 § 7.
