Om utfärdaren har en justeringshandling som utfärdats av en tidigare ägare till en investeringsvara och som innehåller uppgifter av betydelse för rättigheten och skyldigheten att justera avdrag för den som övertar denna rättighet och skyldighet, ska ett exemplar av handlingen överlämnas till denne.
