Konkursgäldenären ska dock alltid justera avdrag för ingående skatt på grund av ändringar som inträffat under tiden fram till dess denne försatts i konkurs.
Om en fastighet överlåts av konkursboet ska bestämmelserna i 21-23 §§ gälla för konkursboet och förvärvaren.
