En begäran om omprövning av Skatteverkets beslut om återbetalning enligt 59-67 c §§ ska ha kommit in till Skatteverket inom två månader från den dag då den som beslutet gäller fick del av det. I övrigt gäller bestämmelserna i 66 kap. skatteförfarandelagen (2011:1244) vid omprövning av ett sådant beslut. Lag (2024:556).
