Det som sägs om uthyrning i 5 och 6 §§ gäller även vid
1. upplåtelse av bostadsrätt,
2. uthyrning i andra och tredje hand, och
3. bostadsrättshavares upplåtelse av nyttjanderätt till fastighet som innehas med bostadsrätt.
