Den frivilliga beskattningen upphör
1. när fastighetsägaren övergår till att använda fastigheten för annat ändamål än för uthyrning eller annan upplåtelse som avses i 5-7 §§, eller
2. när fastigheten inte längre kan hyras ut eller på annat sätt upplåtas på grund av brand eller av annan orsak som fastighetsägaren inte råder över eller på grund av rivning.
