När en vara upphör att vara placerad på sådant sätt som avses i 4 § ska mervärdesskatt tas ut. Om den beskattningsgrundande händelsen för import enligt 7 kap. 13 § inträffar samtidigt, ska bara skatt enligt den här paragrafen tas ut.
