Vid beräkning av det belopp som ska betalas till staten gäller 8 kap. om beskattningsunderlag och 9 kap. om skattesats. Beloppet betalas genom insättning på ett särskilt konto. Betalningen ska göras senast 35 dagar efter överlåtelsen av motorfordonet.
Leverans av varor till beskickningar, konsulat, EU, EU-organ och andra internationella organisationer
