Från skatteplikt undantas tillhandahållande av
1. tjänster i form av ombyggnad, reparation, underhåll, befraktning och uthyrning av sådana fartyg eller luftfartyg som anges i 69 §,
2. tjänster i form av uthyrning, reparation och underhåll av sådan utrustning som avses i 70 §, och
3. andra tjänster för att täcka direkta behov för de fartyg eller luftfartyg som anges i 69 § och deras laster.
