Från skatteplikt undantas leverans av
1. fartyg som används på öppna havet och transporterar passagerare mot betalning eller används för handels-, industri- eller fiskeverksamhet,
2. fartyg som används för sjöräddning eller assistans eller för kustfiske, och
3. luftfartyg som används av flygbolag som huvudsakligen bedriver internationell flygtrafik mot betalning.
