Från skatteplikt undantas leveranser av periodiska medlemsblad och periodiska personaltidningar till utgivaren, medlemmar eller anställda eller när en sådan publikation delas ut gratis till någon. Även införsel av en sådan publikation är undantagen från skatteplikt om publikationen förs in till landet för att distribueras på något av dessa sätt.
