Från skatteplikt undantas
1. leveranser av läkemedel till sjukhus,
2. leveranser av läkemedel som lämnas ut enligt recept, eller
3. läkemedel som förs in i landet i anslutning till en sådan leverans eller utlämning som avses i 1 eller 2.
