Skatteplikt gäller dock för
1. leveranser av glasögon eller andra synhjälpmedel, även om leveransen görs som ett led i tillhandahållandet av sjukvård,
2. leveranser av varor av apotekare eller receptarier, och
3. tillhandahållanden av vård av djur.
