Bestämmelser om mervärdesskatt finns även i rådets genomförandeförordning (EU) nr 282/2011 av den 15 mars 2011 om fastställande av tillämpningsföreskrifter för direktiv 2006/112/EG om ett gemensamt system för mervärdesskatt.
