Ett avtal är ogiltigt i den mån det
1. upphäver eller inskränker arbetstagarnas rättigheter enligt denna lag, om inte något annat följer av 2 b §, eller
2. avviker från 7 § första eller andra stycket, om inte något annat följer av 2 c §. Lag (2022:835).
