I köp av räntebärande fordringar ingår ränta som är upplupen men ännu inte förfallen till betalning vid den tidpunkt som har avtalats för avlämnandet. Vad som svarar mot sådan ränta skall köparen betala till säljaren utöver priset, om inte fordringen har sålts som osäker.
