Står det klart att det kommer att inträffa ett avtalsbrott som ger en part rätt att häva köpet, får denne häva redan före tiden för fullgörelsen. Hävningen är dock utan verkan, om motparten genast ställer godtagbar säkerhet för sin fullgörelse.
