30 §
Köplag (1990:931) (SFS 1990:931)

Är varan felaktig och beror det inte på köparen eller något förhållande på hans sida, får köparen enligt 31--40 §§ kräva avhjälpande, omleverans eller prisavdrag eller häva köpet samt dessutom kräva skadestånd. Han får även hålla inne betalningen enligt 42 §.
