Köplag (1990:931) (SFS 1990:931)

Avser köpet en vara som skall tillverkas eller skaffas särskilt för köparen efter dennes anvisningar eller önskemål och kan säljaren inte utan väsentlig förlust tillgodogöra sig varan på annat sätt, får köparen häva köpet på grund av säljarens dröjsmål endast om hans syfte med köpet är väsentligen förfelat genom dröjsmålet.
