Om endast en del av de varor som köpet avser är felaktiga, gäller konsumentens rätt till hävning enligt 8 § de felaktiga varorna. Köpet får dock hävas även i fråga om andra varor som köpet avser, om det inte skäligen kan begäras att konsumenten behåller dem.
