Vid köp av en begagnad vara på offentlig auktion gäller inte 2-4 §§.
En begagnad vara som köps på offentlig auktion ska anses felaktig om den är i sämre skick än konsumenten med fog kunnat förutsätta med hänsyn till varans utropspris och övriga omständigheter.
