Utbildningsanordnaren ska varje år skriftligen dokumentera arbetet med aktiva åtgärder enligt 16 och 18 §§. För en sådan utbildningsanordnare som avses i 15 § 2 och 3 avser dokumentationsskyldigheten de områden som anges i 17 §.
Dokumentationen ska innehålla
1. en redogörelse för alla delar av arbetet som det beskrivs i 2 och 3 §§,
2. en redogörelse för de åtgärder som vidtas och planeras enligt 18 §, och
3. en redogörelse för hur samverkansskyldigheten enligt 19 § fullgörs. Lag (2016:828).
