Om en sökande har nekats tillträde till en utbildning, eller inte tagits ut till prov eller intervju om sådant förfarande tillämpas vid antagningen, ska sökanden på begäran få en skriftlig uppgift av utbildningsanordnaren om vilken utbildning eller andra meriter den hade som blev antagen till utbildningen eller togs ut till provet eller intervjun.
