Diskriminering är förbjuden i fråga om
1. hälso- och sjukvård och annan medicinsk verksamhet,
2. verksamhet inom socialtjänsten, och
3. stöd i form av färdtjänst och riksfärdtjänst och bostadsanpassningsbidrag. Lag (2012:673).
