Räkenskapsår får läggas om endast om Skatteverket ger tillstånd till det. Tillstånd behövs dock inte
1. för omläggning från brutet räkenskapsår till kalenderår,
2. för omläggning till gemensamt räkenskapsår i fall som avses i 4 § och 5 § första stycket. Lag (2003:727).
