Om det med hänsyn till det allmännas ekonomiska intresse eller andra omständigheter finns synnerliga skäl, får Skatteverket i ett enskilt fall medge att en annan period av tolv kalendermånader än som följer av 1 § andra stycket får utgöra räkenskapsår. Lag (2010:1514).
