En utländsk juridisk person som ska bedriva sin näringsverksamhet i Sverige genom en filial är bokföringsskyldig för verksamheten.
En utomlands bosatt fysisk person som bedriver näringsverksamhet i Sverige är bokföringsskyldig för verksamheten. Det som sägs i 6 § andra stycket om förfogandet över vissa fastigheter gäller även i fråga om sådana personer. Lag (2017:437).
