När värdet på tillgångarna enligt 2 § andra stycket och 3 § första stycket bestäms, skall varje tillgång tas upp till ett värde som motsvarar vad tillgången kan anses betinga vid en försäljning under normala förhållanden. Fastigheter och byggnader som är lös egendom tas dock upp till taxeringsvärdet, om ett sådant värde finns.
