Arbetsmiljöverkets beslut i enskilda fall enligt denna lag eller enligt föreskrifter meddelade med stöd av lagen får överklagas hos allmän förvaltningsdomstol.
Prövningstillstånd krävs vid överklagande till kammarrätten. Lag (2008:298).
