En myndighets beslut i enskilda fall enligt denna lag eller enligt föreskrifter som har meddelats med stöd av lagen får överklagas till allmän förvaltningsdomstol.
Prövningstillstånd krävs vid överklagande till kammarrätten. Lag (2022:1109).
