Vad som sägs i 8 § gäller inte sådan skyddsutrustning som omfattas av Europaparlamentets och rådets förordning (EU) nr 2016/425 av den 9 mars 2016 om personlig skyddsutrustning och om upphävande av rådets direktiv 89/686/EEG. Lag (2018:126).
