Bestämmelserna i 2 kap. 1 § första stycket, 2 och 3 §§ och 3 kap. 4 § andra stycket gäller utländska fartyg inom Sveriges sjöterritorium. Regeringen får meddela föreskrifter om att även andra bestämmelser i lagen ska gälla för sådana fartyg. Lag (2018:126).
