Revisorn får inte till en enskild aktieägare eller till någon utom stående obehörigen lämna upplysningar om sådana bolagets angelägenheter som revisorn får kännedom om när han eller hon fullgör sitt uppdrag, om det kan vara till skada för bolaget.
