Bestämmelserna i 38 a § gäller även granskningsberättelsen för koncernen. Det som sägs där om revision, revisionsberättelsen och årsredovisningen ska i stället avse granskning av en hållbarhetsrapport för koncernen, granskningsberättelsen för koncernen och hållbarhetsrapporten för koncernen. Lag (2024:350).
