Om det finns väsentliga osäkerhetsfaktorer när det gäller händelser eller förhållanden som kan medföra betydande tvivel om bolagets förmåga att fortsätta sin verksamhet, ska revisionsberättelsen innehålla ett uttalande i frågan. Lag (2016:431).
