Revisionsberättelsens inledning ska innehålla uppgifter om
1. bolagets företagsnamn och organisationsnummer,
2. vilken räkenskapsperiod som revisionsberättelsen avser,
3. vilket eller vilka normsystem för redovisning som bolaget har tillämpat, och
4. revisorns etableringsort.
Revisionsberättelsen ska vara undertecknad av revisorn och innehålla uppgift om vilken dag revisionen avslutades. Lag (2018:1682).
