Bestämmelser om revision av aktiebolag vars överlåtbara värdepapper är upptagna till handel på en reglerad marknad finns även i Europaparlamentets och rådets förordning (EU) nr 537/2014 av den 16 april 2014 om särskilda krav avseende lagstadgad revision av företag av allmänt intresse och om upphävande av kommissionens beslut 2005/909/EG (EU:s revisorsförordning).
