Till revisor får även ett registrerat revisionsbolag utses.
Bestämmelser om vem som får vara huvudansvarig för revisionen eller, i förekommande fall, granskningen av en hållbarhetsrapport när ett revisionsbolag utses att vara revisor och om underrättelseskyldighet finns i 17 § revisorslagen (2001:883). Följande bestämmelser i detta kapitel ska tillämpas på den huvudansvariga:
- 17 och 18 §§ om jäv,
- 40 § om närvaro vid bolagsstämma, och
- 47 och 48 §§ om registrering. Lag (2024:350).
