Ett bemyndigande som avses i 37 § eller en återkallelse av ett sådant bemyndigande har verkan från den tidpunkt då anmälan om bemyndigandet eller återkallelsen kom in till Bolagsverket eller från den senare tidpunkt som har angetts i bemyndigandet eller beslutet om återkallelse.
