Ett beslut att utse en verkställande direktör i bolaget samt beslut om den verkställande direktörens avgång eller entledigande har verkan från den tidpunkt då anmälan om registrering kom in till Bolagsverket eller från den senare tidpunkt som har angetts i beslutet.
