Ett beslut om att använda elektroniska hjälpmedel för information till aktieägare fattas av bolagsstämman.
Elektroniska hjälpmedel får användas endast om bolaget har tillförlitliga rutiner för att identifiera aktieägarna. Lag (2007:373).
