Aktiebolagslag (2005:551) (SFS 2005:551)

I ett publikt aktiebolag, vars aktier är upptagna till handel på en reglerad marknad eller en motsvarande marknad utanför Europeiska ekonomiska samarbetsområdet, ska fullmaktsformulär och formulär för poströstning hållas tillgängliga på bolagets webbplats under minst tre veckor närmast före bolagsstämman och dagen för stämman. Lag (2010:1516).
