I ett annat publikt aktiebolag än som avses i 56 a § ska kallelse till bolagsstämma, utöver vad som följer av 23 §, ske genom annonsering i Post- och Inrikes Tidningar och minst en i bolagsordningen angiven rikstäckande dagstidning.
I bolagsordningen får det anges att kallelse i stället ska ske på det sätt som avses i 56 a §. I så fall ska 56 b § tillämpas i stället för 25 §. Vidare ska 56 c § och 63 § andra stycket tillämpas. Lag (2010:1516).
