Om bolagsstämmans beslut upphävs eller ändras genom dom, gäller domen även för de aktieägare som inte har fört talan.
Domstolen får ändra bolagsstämmans beslut endast om det kan fastställas vilket innehåll beslutet rätteligen borde ha haft.
