Om en upplysning som har begärts enligt 32 § kan lämnas endast med stöd av uppgifter som inte är tillgängliga vid bolagsstämman, skall upplysningen inom två veckor därefter hållas tillgänglig i skriftlig form hos bolaget för aktieägarna samt sändas till den aktieägare som har begärt upplysningen.
