Om fortsatt bolagsstämma skall hållas fyra veckor eller senare räknat från och med bolagsstämmans första dag, skall det utfärdas en särskild kallelse till den fortsatta bolagsstämman. I så fall skall bestämmelserna i 19 och 20 §§ om tid för kallelse till extra bolagsstämma tillämpas.
