Aktieboken skall upprättas så snart samtliga stiftare har undertecknat stiftelseurkunden. Uppgift om tecknade aktier skall genast föras in i aktieboken.
Om ändringar i aktieboken i samband med ökning och minskning av aktiekapitalet finns bestämmelser i 12 kap. 10 §, 13 kap. 18 §, 14 kap. 36 §, 15 kap. 37 § och 20 kap. 21 §.
